Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding software solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering prompt and effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems via phone, email, or remote assistance.
  • Guide customers through the installation, setup, and configuration processes of the software.
  • Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Document and maintain customer support records, including issues and resolutions.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and participate in training programs to enhance skills.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Looking for Male candidate & Willing to work in rotational shift.

Key Skills Required:

Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Angular

Microservices, RESTful APIs, Cloud (AWS)

Database management (MySQL)

Software design patterns and best practices

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills.

  • 4 + years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Hindi language is must.
  • Strong knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
