MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB

1.) Forecasting

Finalize monthly Sale & inventory forecast along with the sales & marketing team.

Monitor & analyze current & past sales trend for accurate forecast plan.

2.) Demand Generation

Coordinate with & follow up with Factory, local suppliers & import.

Generate timely POs & Demand request.

3.) Internal & External Coordination

Coordination with key stakeholders -Work closely with Sales, Marketing unit, Import-Export, QA, Suppliers and Logistic team.

Negotiations with suppliers for Lead time, Volume discounts, FOBs for India specific products.

Coordinate with the various sales vertical teams to understand the product performance.

4.) Inventory Management

Responsible for health of inventory at Mother warehouse as well as at RDCs.

5.) System & Process

Optimization of systems with the help of IT team.

Assist in setting processes to simplify the system.

6.) MIS

Maintaining updated MIS.

Create MIS & department reports as per management request.

Education

Postgraduate / MBA - Supply Chain /Operations / Logistics / Import Export.

Experience Requirements

1 -4 years of experience in Inbound planning, supply chain management.

Handled multiple brands, products.

Ability to multitask & strong in coordination.

Strong negotiation skills.

Mobility/Travel

Less Travel, If require Supplier Visit/Factory Visit.

Computer Skills

Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Proficient with MS Excel.

Knowledge of ERP systems.
