Production Management:

  • Overseeing daily feed manufacturing operations from raw material intake, storage, and processing (grinding, mixing, pelleting, crumbling) to packaging and dispatch.
  • Ensuring production targets are met according to schedule and quality specifications.
  • Monitoring and controlling the operation of feed mill machinery (hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, coolers, etc.).
  • Implementing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Responding promptly to equipment malfunctions and production disruptions, coordinating necessary repairs and adjustments with the maintenance team.
  • Optimizing production metrics such as output quantity, quality, and resource utilization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
