Shift Incharge

**Production Management**:

- Overseeing daily feed manufacturing operations from raw material intake, storage, and processing (grinding, mixing, pelleting, crumbling) to packaging and dispatch.
- Ensuring production targets are met according to schedule and quality specifications.
- Monitoring and controlling the operation of feed mill machinery (hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, coolers, etc.).
- Implementing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Responding promptly to equipment malfunctions and production disruptions, coordinating necessary repairs and adjustments with the maintenance team.
- Optimizing production metrics such as output quantity, quality, and resource utilization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
