The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
  • Introduce and explain our products or services to prospective clients.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to promote the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer rapport to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify and address customer concerns or objections, providing relevant information to overcome objections.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into the database during and after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotional offerings.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, including call outcomes and follow-up actions.
