**Responsibilities**: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT services and solutions. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. Schedule meetings or demos with the sales or technical team. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client details and call notes. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular contact. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals. Handle basic customer queries and transfer complex ones to the relevant team.

**Key Skills Required**:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (verbal and written); [other languages - English, Marathi, Gujrati etc etc].Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (training will be provided). Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

**Qualifications**: High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
