We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Principal Engineer- C++ and SQL, in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. In this role, you will craft the bedrock of our enterprise, developing and maintaining mission-critical platforms that handle massive data and transactions.

What You'll Do

• You will be joining the Media Management Team, where innovation meets efficiency.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using C++. Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient database interactions.
• Global collaboration: Our talent pool spans across India and the US, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives.
• Speed with quality: We believe in delivering top-notch features at lightning speed, without compromising on reliability or performance.
• Ownership, not just tasks: We don't just assign duties; we empower individuals to take ownership, be accountable, and drive impactful projects from start to finish.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years' experience in C++ and SQL. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
• Own and deliver complete features across the development lifecycle, including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, shipping, and servicing.
• Write and review clean, well-thought-out code with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Debugging and handling of complex customer reported issues that span across multiple services.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment to standard processes.
• Drive the architectural vision and design of complex software systems.
• Be committed to delivering the best experience for our customers.
• Establish and promote coding standards within the engineering team.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Develop a collaborative and innovative engineering culture within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience in storage domain preferred.
• Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
