Spectral Consultants is hiring Principal Software Engineer- Dotnet for one of the Global Leaders in the Healthcare Industry 📍 Location: Hyderabad | 💼 Experience: 13-20years | Work Mode:- Hybrid We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join a world-class R&D team driving innovation in connected healthcare technologies. This role is ideal for seasoned engineers who thrive on building high-integrity, real-time software systems that directly impact patient lives. Key Responsibilities:- - Design, develop, and test high-performance healthcare software systems. - Define and implement software requirements and designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Develop real-time data acquisition, processing, and visualization modules. - Lead and mentor teams, fostering innovation, scalability, and engineering excellence. - Collaborate across global R&D teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance software solutions. Must-Have Skills:- - Strong expertise in C#, .NET, C/C++ and real-time embedded systems. - Experience with Firmware, Device Drivers, and Socket Communication. - Knowledge of Networking (TCP/UDP, REST, SOAP) and Relational Databases. - Exposure to SVG Graphics, Mobile Apps (Android/iOS), and Cloud/Distributed Systems. - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, UML, and Automation Testing. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Good-to-Have Skills:- - Experience in software design for healthcare or regulated domains. - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) and Eclipse/Visual Studio. - Exposure to Agile/Waterfall SDLC models and cross-functional collaboration. - Proven ability to lead and mentor software teams in complex environments.
