Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Supply Chain Manager located in Coimbatore. The Assistant Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. Other day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, analyzing supply chain data, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing supply chain data and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Project Management to manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus
