Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting store operations. This role involves handling customer interactions, upselling products, maintaining store displays, and guiding junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge and keep updated on promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
  • Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual display as per company standards.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior sales executives in meeting performance expectations.
  • Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update store management.
  • Actively participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in baby products, apparel, or FMCG.
  • Prior experience in achieving sales targets in a retail environment is a plus.
