About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Go Developer

to join our engineering team in Bangalore. You will play a key role in designing and building backend systems that handle large-scale data processing, real-time communication, and high-throughput APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Go (Golang).
  • Build scalable REST and gRPC APIs for product features and integrations.
  • Work on microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver new features.
  • Debug and optimize system performance for speed and scalability.
  • Ensure best practices in security, reliability, and system monitoring.
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a
    Go Developer

(or backend engineer with strong Go expertise).
- Strong understanding of Go concepts (concurrency, Goroutines, channels).
- Experience with
microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

.
- Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

.
- Understanding of
cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing efficient code.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven systems

.
- Knowledge of
real-time messaging/communication platforms

.
- Contributions to open-source or personal Go projects.
