We at ICICI Lombard GIC is hiring for Branch Manager at Pune and Nanded

Branch: Pune and Nanded (Local Candidates Preferred)

Role & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers.
  2. Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
  3. Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
  4. To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.
  5. Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. At least 2 year experience in team handling.
  2. Candidate should be from Agency Channel.
  3. Should be target oriented.
