About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Avaloq Application Support professional based in India to join a delivery team supporting mission-critical banking systems. You will be part of a hands-on operations group responsible for stabilizing production, executing changes, and ensuring SLAs for global banking clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 on-site Avaloq application support for production and non-production environments, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely fixes; manage incident lifecycle via ServiceNow/JIRA.
  • Execute deployments, patches, and configuration changes while following change-management and release governance.
  • Monitor system health and batch jobs, perform performance tuning and problem avoidance activities to maintain availability.
  • Coordinate with development teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to triage defects and deliver remediation or enhancements.
  • Maintain and enhance operational runbooks, knowledge base articles, and handover documentation; participate in rotas/on-call support.
