We Are Hiring Sales & Marketing Engineer In Vadodara.

Sales & Marketing Engineer

Location: Vadodara

Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Department
(Male Only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Promote technical products and solutions to customers and prospects.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.

  • Manage client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product developments.

  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.

  • Maintain CRM systems and generate regular sales reports.

  • Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related field).

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or marketing (freshers with strong potential may be considered).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
