Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing orders efficiently. The Barista will also assist in various food preparation tasks and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Barista
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
