Job Description: Sr. PPC Engineer – PEB

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for PEB projects.
  • Coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, material requirement plans (MRP), and production timelines.
  • Track daily production progress and update MIS reports.
  • Follow up with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
  • Review fabrication drawings, BOQs, and ensure production plans are aligned with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and site teams for smooth workflow.
  • Analyze delays, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid production disruptions.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
  • Support project managers and communicate project status regularly.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly production performance reports.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PEB components, fabrication sequence, and erection process.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems (if any).
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in PPC, preferably in PEB / structural steel industry.
