Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role ensures a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol service.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Suggest and upsell beverages or snacks to enhance guest experience.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Report any incidents, breakages, or shortages to the manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local liquor laws.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
