Job Description We are looking for an ambitious and energetic staff for 1 Assistant Manager / 1 Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to communicating effectively.  The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sponsorship and forging strong relationships with Corporates & NGOs.
Responsibilities Implement the organization's growth strategy focused both on sponsorship and execution of events in the best possible way.  Manage Email and Phone communication with sponsors, vendors, and Clients  Arrange meetings with potential Sponsors, vendors, and corporates  Communicating with the internal Operations and other relevant Teams along with external teams for better execution.   Planning media briefings and conferences for proper coverage in Media.  Discover new sponsors and the source of Mass participation,   Keep records of documentation, and deliverables for sponsors, Vendors, and Corporate participation.  Provide support to other team members in organizing the event.  Build long-term relationships with new and existing sponsors, vendors, and clients Develop entry-level staff into a valuable resource 
Requirements and skills Proven working experience in Business Development & Marketing, or a relevant role Experience in customer support is a plus Salary up to 25k.
