As a Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, responsible for driving sponsorship sales, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will be instrumental in securing sponsorships for festivals. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence in New Delhi.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sponsorship Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential sponsors, presenting compelling sponsorship opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand the sponsor base.
- Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate sponsorship contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales strategies.
- Sponsorship Package Creation: Create tailored sponsorship packages that align with client needs and event objectives.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with sponsors, addressing their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and updates for management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to build and maintain client relationships.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on promotional trends and industry developments.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales, lead generation, and general sales.
- Experience in the event management or entertainment industry.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Familiarity with various sponsorship opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
