About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented female candidates to join our team as QA Testers (Freshers). This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in software testing, where you will undergo hands-on training and gain real-time project experience.

Key Details

  • Internship Duration: 1 Month (Training Phase, No Stipend)
  • Post Internship: Employment will be offered based on performance.
  • Compensation (After Internship): Stipend/salary will be finalised according to performance and industry standards.
  • Eligibility: Only female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply QA processes, methodologies, and testing techniques.
  • Execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards before release.

Requirements

  • Fresher with a degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA / B.Tech or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field.
