We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications before they reach end users. The role involves executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver flawless software.

Experience: 2 + Years

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: On-site

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face ( On-Site)

Contact: Mon–Fri, 11 AM – 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

Review and understand business requirements, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Create, maintain, and execute manual and/or automated test cases.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and UI testing.

Defect Identification & Tracking

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

Work with developers to replicate and resolve issues.

Re-test fixes and ensure defects are closed.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in Agile environments.

Monitor and report on software quality metrics.

Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.

Ensure that quality standards are met before release.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-3 years of experience in software testing (manual, automated, or both).

Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter (preferred but not mandatory).

Knowledge of database queries (SQL) for backend testing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
