Role Overview
We are seeking an
Agentic AI Developer
with proven expertise in
n8n
and
AI-driven workflow automation
within IT services environments. The role focuses on designing and implementing
autonomous AI workflows
that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and enable intelligent decision-making across service delivery, support, and business processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, build intelligent agent networks, and deploy
Agentic AI-based solutions
that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy AI-driven workflows using n8n or equivalent automation/orchestration tools.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents with business systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP, or internal tools) for process automation.
• Build and maintain autonomous agent workflows for ticket triaging, data enrichment, reporting, and system monitoring.
• Develop custom n8n nodes or scripts (JavaScript/Python) to meet complex automation and integration requirements.
• Connect multiple APIs and data sources, ensuring smooth communication between systems.
• Implement logic for error handling, retries, monitoring, and escalation workflows in service environments.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify use cases for AI and automation.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and deployment processes for workflows and agent configurations.
• Continuously optimize existing workflows for efficiency, scalability, and minimal human dependency.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal upskilling initiatives within the AI Automation Practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total experience in software development, integration, or automation in an IT services environment.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with n8n, LangChain, CrewAI, or other Agentic AI orchestration tools.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for scripting and workflow customization.
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) into real-world workflows.
• Sound understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and secure data exchange.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data flow design.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context chaining, and AI response handling.
• Experience working in ITSM, CRM, or ERP automation scenarios (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud-hosted workflow environments.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Exposure to LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or other multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in process automation within IT Operations, Support, or DevOps workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and IT compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) or iPaaS platforms (Make, Zapier, Workato).
• Knowledge of API lifecycle management and event-driven architectures.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in AI/Automation tools (OpenAI, n8n, or Cloud AI Services) are a plus.
