·    The nature of job involves review of supply chain documents in English language and verification of contained information from external resources through emails and /or voice calls.
·    Agents will review documents on custom software platform). Contact information will be provided on the platform or within the document itself
·    Relevant information gathered after verification will be entered in notes in the software platform
·    The selected agents are required to WFO; Only in case of very exceptional cases, the agents will be WFH
·    The Job is Mon to Fri and from 2 pm to 10 pm IST
·    **** candidates are expected to have their own conveyance arrangements
The candidate may have an international call enter background experience / or may be picked up from other business segments if they are from Science/mass comm background and have a strong communication and English comprehension and writing skills with Good IQ and computer literacy and have 3-to-5-year general industry experience.
