Role Summary: We are looking for a Fashion Consultant whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales through a strong understanding of our garments and client needs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about womens fashion, client service-oriented, and organised in handling both back-end and front-end tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist and guide clients through the selection and purchasing process with a strong focus on styling and upselling.


• Coordinate and manage client trial fittings and appointment schedules.


• Perform daily inventory checks and stock management.


• Generate invoices and coordinate closely with the accounts team to ensure full payment is received before dispatch.


• Maintain proper follow-ups on client balances and payment collections.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 1 to 3 years in fashion retail or client servicing, ideally in women's wear.

Background: A fashion-related background is preferred but not mandatory.

Open to candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Skills:


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Organised and detail-oriented


• Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic billing tools


• Team player who can coordinate across departments

Work Schedule & Incentives
• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM 7:00 PM


• During peak season, Sunday availability may be required; weekly day off will be adjusted accordingly.


• Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives will be offered on a per outfit basis (specifics will be discussed during the interview).


• Location: Naibah, Apeejay House, Kala Ghoda. Mumbai.
