We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Sales Assistant with 5years experience in Cold Calling and skills to support senior leadership in our real estate company. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations to enhance client satisfaction and executive efficiency. Work from home opportunityKey Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses. Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls for executives and clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives. Assist with document preparation, including contracts, agreements, and listing materials. Coordinate with sales, legal, and marketing teams to streamline customer touchpoints.
Resolve customer complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel. Monitor and track key client deadlines and ensure timely follow-up. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a customer service role, ideally in real estate or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Candidate must be Comfortable with Night / Evening ShiftsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a real estate environment. Knowledge of property management, real estate processes, or documentation. Must be proficient in Punjabi and English Languages
