Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end subscription sales, renewals, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee circulation operations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of the magazine.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow readership and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, agents, and vendors.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Handle subscriber queries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 1–2 years of similar experience in subscription and circulation management within the print media industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of media distribution channels and circulation logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
