    • Analyze and validate the functional behavior of EV systems including powertrain ECUs, VCU, BMS, MCU, and instrument clusters.

  4. HIL Environment Development

    • Integrate EV controllers into HIL systems for software testing and validation.
  5. Requirement Analysis & Automation
    • Interpret system-level requirements and convert them into automated test cases.
    • Ensure complete traceability from requirements to test execution and defect tracking.
  6. Test Case Development
    • Create and automate test cases based on system requirements for functional and regression testing.
  7. Documentation & Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain documentation including test plans, test cases, test reports, issue logs, best practices, and lessons learned.
  8. Test Execution & Analysis
    • Conduct manual and automated tests on HIL systems for powertrain and EV software (VCU, MCU, BMS, Cluster).
    • Analyze test results, identify issues, and support debugging with development teams.
  9. HIL Infrastructure Management
    • Design, simulate, and maintain scalable and reliable HIL infrastructure.
  10. Tool Proficiency
    • Utilize Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, vTESTstudio, CANoe.DiVa) for simulation, diagnostics, and automation.
  11. Communication Protocols
  • Work with CAN, CAN FD, UDS, and OBD protocols for diagnostics and communication testing.

  2. Software & Product Lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with product and software development lifecycles.
