Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, production planning, and ensuring quality control. Additionally, the Plant Head will manage budgeting and overall production management to ensure seamless and efficient plant operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
- Skilled in Production Planning and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Quality Control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in the pump manufacturing industry is a plus
