Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head / Production Head / Production Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time executive position requiring minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.

 The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations and manufacturing, capable of overseeing plant operations and production systems with a focus on delivering quality results.

Qualifications and Skills

ACADEMIC- B.E in Mechanical Engineering 

DESIRED SKILLS:-:-

Proven track record in operations and manufacturing with the ability to lead and manage complex plant operations efficiently.

Exceptional skills in plant operations ensuring seamless production flows and systematic plant functionality.

Comprehensive knowledge in production systems, proficiently   administering various facets of plant administration.

Demonstrated expertise in managing production facilities, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to safety standards.

Effective communication and leadership skills, steering cross-functional teams towards achieving production objectives.

Job Description :-

Lead and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including planning, organizing, and directing production activities.

Develop and maintain efficient production processes to meet organizational goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Implement innovative strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste across the production line.

Manage plant performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet compliance standards.

Coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate resources are available for production needs.
