1. QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 1 - 3 years of experience in software testing and be ISTQB certified.

Key Responsibilities –

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

Ø Develop and maintain a process for creating test cases from planned features, and ensure full test coverage of the product specifications.

Ø Perform regression testing to verify software stability after code changes.

Ø Perform system, integration, functional, data validation, Performance, and user acceptance testing.

Ø Report and document defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.

Ø Building up environments independently to test assigned work. Strive to deploy all products and updates on time.

Ø Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality. Define the severity and priority for each

Ø Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Ø Create accurate, thoughtful, and comprehensive defect reports.

Ø Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to resolve testing issues.

Ø Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in testing.

Skills and Qualifications –

Ø Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Ø 1 - 3 years of experience in manual and automated software testing.

Ø ISTQB certification is required.

Ø Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.

Ø Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Ø Hands-on experience with SQL DB. Knowledge of Mongo DB would be an added advantage.

Ø Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as [Appium, Cypress, Selenium] would be an added advantage.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Ø Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Good to have:

Ø Hands-on experience with test automation is a plus

Ø Security/Performance testing experience is a plus

Ø Mobile testing experience is a plus

Ø Any or other certification is a plus
