About The Role
We are looking for talented QA professionals at multiple levels (Lead, Sr. QA, and QA Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in
Data Testing, UI Testing, and Automation
, with exposure to
Big Data projects (Azure DBT, MSBI, etc.)
. Candidates should also be open to learning and adopting
AI-driven testing approaches
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for data, UI, and automation projects.
  • Work on database testing with strong SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation.
  • Perform ETL testing and validation of Big Data workflows (Azure DBT, MSBI).
  • Build and maintain automation scripts (Selenium, Java, Python, or equivalent).
  • Contribute to AI-driven testing initiatives (Vibe Coding, Cursor, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using industry-standard tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
  • (For QA Lead): Manage and mentor QA teams, plan QA strategy, and handle stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of QA processes and software testing lifecycle.
  • Hands-on in Data Testing, UI Testing, and Automation Testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL / Database Testing.
  • Experience with Big Data / Azure DBT / MSBI projects (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest).
  • Exposure to AI-driven testing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience Levels

  • QA Lead: 8+ years (with team management and leadership experience).
  • Sr. QA: 5–8 years (independent execution of QA projects, advanced testing skills).
  • QA Engineer: 2–4 years (hands-on tester with willingness to learn advanced tools).
