Job Title: N8N Developer / Automation Engineer

About Us

We're building the next generation of AI- and automation-driven solutions for hotels, conference centers, and service companies. Our mission is to help businesses save time, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experiences through smart automation using N8N, AI models (like *OpenAI), and integrations with systems such as BookVisit, Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRMs.

We're now looking for a skilled and experienced N8N Developer / Automation Engineer to join our growing team and design robust, scalable, and intelligent automation workflows for our clients.

Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain complex workflows using N8N.

* Integrate systems and tools such as booking platforms, email, APIs, databases, and CRMs.

* Work extensively with API integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, XML).

* Implement error handling, logging, and notification systems to ensure workflow stability.

* Collaborate with the team to develop AI-powered automation using APIs like OpenAI.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure version control for all workflows.

* Continuously optimize and improve automation solutions for scalability and performance.

Requirements

* Proven experience with N8N or similar automation tools (*Zapier, Make, Integromat*).

* Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).

* Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, especially for N8N function nodes.

* Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and external data sources (Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.).

* Practical experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

* Experience in the hospitality, conference, or booking industries.

* Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

* Understanding of automation architecture and *data flow optimization*.
