V-Tech Engineering and Balancing specializes in dynamic balancing and repair services for various industrial equipment. We handle balancing and repairs for centrifugal fans, boiler ID, FD, SA fans, centrifugal machines, turbines, rollers, and pump impellers with weights ranging from 5 kg to 2000 kg. Our services are designed to ensure operational efficiency and longevity of equipment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Satara Taluka for a Production Quality Engineer. The Production Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining quality control, managing quality assurance processes, and conducting quality audits. Daily tasks include performing analytical assessments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and improving quality management systems. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
  • Experience in conducting Quality Audits
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
  • Proficiency with quality management software and tools
