Role and Responsibilities :

- Developing and deploying machine learning models to enhance features in HRMS, HMIS, and CMS applications.

- Designing and implementing predictive analytics algorithms for workforce management, healthcare insights, and content personalization.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prototype, and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions.

- Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights relevant to HR, healthcare, and education sectors.

- Researching and proposing new technologies and methodologies to improve system efficiency and user experience.

- Presenting R&D findings during reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills :

To excel in this role, you should have :

Educational Background : A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data preprocessing techniques.

- Experience with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, or anomaly detection.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying ML solutions.

Domain Knowledge :

- Familiarity with HRMS, HMIS, or CMS systems is highly preferred.

- Ability to adapt ML solutions to domain-specific challenges in workforce analytics, patient care, or content management.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex solutions clearly.

- A self-starter with a passion for innovation and research
