We are looking for an experienced Sr. Solution Consultant specializing in Kinaxis Maestro to lead solution implementation, configuration, and delivery for supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business and technical teams.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end implementation and project delivery involving Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Kinaxis Maestro Solution Consultant Level 1 certification or higher is mandatory.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
  • Solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
  • Proven experience providing technical support and troubleshooting throughout solution lifecycle.
What You'll Do
  • Understand client supply chain planning challenges and deliver expert implementation guidance aligned with Kinaxis Maestro capabilities.
  • Partner with project teams and solution architects to develop optimized business process designs.
  • Collaborate across functions to analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business and technical goals.
  • Design, configure, build, and deploy applications leveraging Kinaxis to support planning processes.
  • Resolve complex configuration and data issues ensuring solution accuracy and expected performance.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation activities including configuration, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
  • Participate in solution design and development across modules such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), S&OP, and testing phases including unit and end-to-end testing.
  • Create test scripts, user manuals, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting post-implementation.
