Experience & Expertise

Experience: Minimum 07 years in civil engineering.

Field of Expertise: Candidates must have demonstrable, hands-on experience and expertise in the following areas:

High-rise building construction.

Road Construction (including earthwork, paving, and quality control).

Billing and quantity surveying (preparation, verification, and certification of bills).

Site Mobilization (setting up site facilities, logistics, and initial planning).

Site Management (overseeing daily operations, safety, and project timelines).

Civil Maintenance (inspection and upkeep of existing civil infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Engineer, Civil will be responsible for managing and executing civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Execution: Lead and supervise all construction activities related to high-rise buildings and road projects in Dariba, Rajasthan.

Quality & Safety: Ensure all work is executed in strict compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Financial Control: Manage project billing, reconciliation of quantities, contractor payments, and cost tracking to maintain financial discipline.

Planning: Oversee initial site mobilization, resource planning, and scheduling for optimal project start-up.

Supervision: Provide effective site management, including coordinating subcontractors, labor, and materials.

Maintenance: Plan and execute routine and corrective civil maintenance tasks for company assets and infrastructure.

Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, technical documents, and quality assurance records.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (preferred).

Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, solve complex site issues, and make critical decisions under pressure.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and management.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of relevant construction software, codes, and industry best practices.
