The Strategy & Operations (S&O) practice is one of the key practice areas within the Strategy & Business Transformation Practice, and we focus on assisting our clients with business challenges in the areas of supply chain, logistics, procurement and general operations. Consultants will typically be involved in the following activities:

  • Understanding, analysing and articulating common business processes and decisions
  • Interviewing key client personnel, documenting findings and analysing results
  • Understanding and articulating the major processes within a business
  • Organizing, documenting and presenting information logically
  • Gathering, interpreting and manipulating data in support of assessments
  • Developing client-ready presentations and deliverables (e.g., business flows, business process descriptions, program specs)

Consultants will typically have:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to effectively operate either independently or in a team environment
  • Outstanding MS Office and data modelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree – business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred
  • 2 - 5 years of prior consulting and/or relevant industry experience
