Job Title: CNC Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the market share of CNC products within the assigned zone.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships; drive business development with existing clients.
  • Prepare accurate BOMs with correct specifications.
  • Schedule and conduct regular visits to MTBs, retrofit partners, and end users.
  • Work towards improving company product market share with MTBs.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with end users to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage collection of receivables, C-Forms, and TDS certificates within stipulated timelines.
  • Gather, analyze, and share market intelligence and competitor data.
  • Promote product awareness through exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of sales-related MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with the applications team to deliver complete solutions to customers.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 36 years of experience, including at least 12 years in sales within the automotive or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills (report writing and data analysis).
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and engage with professionals in the engineering sector.
