Job Title: HR Generalist – Pharmaceutical Industry Location: Amritsar, Punjab Salary: Up to 4 LPA Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Amritsar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee-related processes, and contributing to a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2.Handle employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. 3.Manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee counselling. 4.Oversee attendance management, leave records, and HR documentation. 5.Ensure timely completion of performance management processes. 6.Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance. 7.Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. 8.Assist in training and development activities as required. 9.Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations. 10.Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities (if required). Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Skills Required: 1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2.Problem-solving and conflict management abilities 3.Knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws 4.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks 5.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resume at .network
