Position Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services across regions. The position requires expertise in HR administration, HR systems, and employee query handling (AskHR), ensuring operational excellence and supporting transformation initiatives.

You'll make a difference by:

  • Manage HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries through AskHR and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with customers and global teams to implement standardized processes.
  • Support HR transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for HR service performance and metrics..

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 14+ years in HR Services or Shared Services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
