We're seeking a versatile
Photo Editor
who can combine high-end photo retouching expertise with graphic design skills, and preferably has video editing knowledge to support cross-platform content delivery.

Overview

The Photo Editor Creative Content & Design will handle photo curation, retouching, graphic adaptations, and basic video edits to ensure HFM Production's deliverables meet top-tier brand standards. This is a creative-technical hybrid role, requiring exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to adapt to diverse brand aesthetics across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Photo Editing & Retouching

  • Perform advanced retouching, color grading, and image enhancements for editorial, e-commerce, product, and campaign visuals.
  • Maintain brand-specific tones, moods, and styling consistency.
  • Ensure natural yet polished outputs for skin, fabrics, and product textures.

2. Graphic Design

  • Create social media-ready graphics, layouts, and collaterals based on brand guidelines.
  • Adapt campaign visuals for banners, ads, lookbooks, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to merge photography with graphic elements for high-impact marketing creatives.

3. Video Editing (Added Advantage)

  • Perform basic video trimming, color grading, and motion graphics for short-form content like Instagram reels, brand teasers, and ad cutdowns.
  • Support video teams by preparing stills and graphic overlays for video projects.

4. Workflow & Quality Control

  • Manage high-volume editing workflows while meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and archive image, video, and design assets for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure flawless visual quality across all deliverables before client submission.

5. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and brand managers to ensure creative vision is achieved.
  • Suggest innovative design and visual approaches to enhance client campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    3 years
    of experience in photo editing, retouching, and graphic design within fashion, e-commerce, product, or advertising.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and at least one design tool
    (Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Canva Pro).
  • Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve) is a plus point.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, layout composition, and branding.
  • Ability to adapt editing and design styles for multiple brand aesthetics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for handling bulk image edits and creative assets.
