Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
 - Maintain office supplies, coordinate courier dispatches, and assist with inventory records
 - Support senior staff with scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination
 - Assist in basic accounting tasks and bill management
 - Ensure cleanliness and organization of office premises
 
Order & Client Management Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming orders from clients and ensure timely processing and dispatch
 - Coordinate with production and packing teams to track order status
 - Maintain accurate records of client orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
 - Communicate professionally with clients regarding order updates, queries, and feedback
 - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
 - Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary
 
Candidate Requirements
- Organized, punctual, and capable of multitasking
 - Training will be provided for jewellery-specific processes
 - Opportunity to grow into senior roles based on performance
