
Associate / Sr. Associate- Global Digital Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement, while ensuring compliance and trust in our financial services domain. You will play a key role in helping us scale our bookkeeping, accounting, and tax advisory services through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, customer acquisition, client retention) for bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation services.
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM / PPC (Google Ads etc.), social media ads -LinkedIn, content marketing, email marketing, display, and possibly retargeting.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits; optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, site architecture for better organic visibility.
- Create, publish, and manage content aimed at prospects and clients (blogs, articles, tax tips, accounting best practices, infographics, whitepapers) to establish thought leadership and trust.
- Build and maintain a content calendar and ensure content is compliant with regulations and reflects financial / tax / accounting accuracy.
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, forms to improve conversion rate (leads, enquiries, sign-ups).
- Monitor, measure, and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools; propose improvements based on data.
- Manage advertising budgets; ensure efficient spend (CPA, ROI, CAC, etc.) and test creatives, copy, targeting to improve performance.
- Coordinate with other teams compliance/legal, finance, operations to ensure marketing messages adhere to regulatory requirements and portray accurate financial information.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices especially relevant to financial services (tax laws, accounting norms, data privacy, trust, reputation).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services (bookkeeping, accounting, taxation), fintech, or any regulated B2B/B2C service.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), SEM/PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads; SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz etc.
- Strong project management skills, capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal), ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo)
- Experience with CRM systems and integrating digital marketing with lead management workflows
- Knowledge of local taxation / financial regulation in the country (or the markets you serve)
- Basic design skills or experience working with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

Our Hiring Process:
If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interviews (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management).
