Define governance models and platform optimization strategies for enterprise-wide ServiceNow adoption. Security, Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure ServiceNow security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance. Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and instance cloning while minimizing downtime.
Collaborate with security teams to implement SecOps and governance policies within ServiceNow. Technical Leadership & SupportAct as an SME and escalation point for L3

Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and Business Analysts, to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs. Conduct technical workshops, training, and documentation for junior developers and IT teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 10

Experience with ServiceNow App Engine for custom app development. Knowledge of ServiceNow AI and Virtual Agent for advanced automation. Exposure to DevOps, Agile, or ITIL methodologies for workflow optimization.
