Job Overview

We are seeking a Pre Primary School Teacher for our Training Centre at InfoWryt Solutions LLP in Bangalore. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 1 to 3 years of work experience in early childhood education. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing young minds in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a deep understanding of early childhood education curriculum (Mandatory skill).
  • Must have strong knowledge in child development theories and best practices to effectively teach young children.
  • Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Creativity in arts and crafts to engage children in innovative learning activities.
  • Strong storytelling techniques to foster children's imagination and language skills.
  • Ability to implement effective behavioral management strategies tailored to young learners.
  • Excellent parent-teacher communication skills to ensure continuous involvement and feedback.
  • Experience in observational assessment to monitor children's progress and address their individual needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the early childhood education curriculum.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes cognitive and social development.
  • Utilize creative arts and crafts to enhance interactive and experiential learning among preschool children.
  • Engage children with captivating storytelling sessions to develop their language and comprehension skills.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive and orderly atmosphere for learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to discuss their child's progress and collaboratively address any concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of each child's learning progress and development areas.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall teaching strategy and goal achievement.
