  • Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure the budget is maintained.
  • Provide detailed cost reports and analyses to management.
  • Consult with suppliers, vendors, clients, and management personnel to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
  • Set up cost reporting and monitoring procedures and systems to streamline the process.
  • Good mathematical abilities to calculate labor, material, and equipment estimates.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Can study drawings and prepare BOQ.
