We are seeking a creative and proactive social media marketing executive with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the company's overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
  • Execute paid and organic social media campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly, help a positive and interactive relationship with the online community.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others. Prepare reports to share insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure brand remains competitive.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and identity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media marketing role in branding agency.
  • Proficiency in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Familiarity with paid ad campaigns and targeting strategies.
  • Strong writing, visual design, and storytelling skills to create compelling content.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign success and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
