**Job brief**
- Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our pre-leased commercial properties and services
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others
- Monitor social media platforms to stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into our marketing strategy
- Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales and business development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Use analytics tools to track and report on social media metrics and use the data to continuously improve our marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and changes in algorithm to ensure our marketing strategy is effective

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or property consulting
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
- Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
