Trinadi Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a growing healthcare company dedicated to providing authentic and high-quality Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team and drive online/telephonic sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.
- Educate customers about product benefits, usage, and offers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Ayurvedic solutions.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential customers to close sales.
- Manage and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead conversion.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Confidence in telesales/telecalling with persuasive ability.
- Basic understanding of Ayurveda / herbal products preferred (training will be provided).
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Customer-centric and result-oriented mindset.
