About the Role:

We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
who can drive complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end. You will work closely with
engineering, product, design, data, and business teams
to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of critical initiatives. This role requires strong technical depth, execution rigor, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive
    end-to-end delivery
    of large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teams
  • Translate
    product and business goals
    into clear technical plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps
  • Partner closely with
    Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers
    to manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
  • Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and regular status reporting
  • Identify
    delivery risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes
    , and proactively drive resolution
  • Ensure alignment on
    architecture decisions, system design, and technical standards
  • Drive operational excellence through
    process improvements, retrospectives, and best practices
  • Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, leadership, and external partners where required
  • Support release planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch analysis

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of overall experience
    , with at least
    3+ years in a Technical Program Manager / Engineering Program Manager role
  • Strong understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience working with
    backend systems, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure
    , or large-scale platforms
  • Ability to read and understand technical designs, architecture diagrams, and engineering trade-offs
  • Proven experience managing
    multiple parallel programs
    with high ambiguity and tight timelines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have

  • Prior
    engineering background
    (Computer Science / IT) or hands-on development experience
  • Experience working in
    high-growth startups or fast-paced product companies
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar
  • Exposure to domains like
    FinTech, SaaS, Consumer Tech, or Platform products
  • Experience working with
    distributed teams
    and complex system integrations
